I know exactly what you should do. You should film it in a garden centre. What is more scary than a garden centre on a Sunday afternoon? It's got the trees, the shrubbery etc. and, if you feel like adding some zombies to the mix, the assorted pensioners that will be inevitably be there should be perfect.
